Job Summary
The Senior Football Coach plays a key leadership role in developing, managing, and implementing high-performance football programs. This position is responsible for creating advanced training plans, mentoring coaching staff, and ensuring players reach their full athletic and personal potential.
The coach will oversee all aspects of player development — including technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental preparation — while maintaining a culture of discipline, teamwork, and respect.
As a senior member of the coaching staff, this role involves strategic planning, match analysis, and talent scouting, as well as collaborating closely with management to align coaching strategies with the club’s long-term goals.
